📋 Position Overview


We are seeking a full-time Remote AdministrativeAssistant to join our team. This role supports the company’s administrative, operational, and customer service functions, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent service quality.

As a key support role, you will assist in coordinating schedules, handling customer communication, supporting internal teams, and helping implement processes and procedures. As the first point of contact for many of our customers — including elderly clients — you will represent Koller Cleaning Services with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

📞 Some calls and tasks may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.



🧠 Key Responsibilities


· Assist with the company’s daily administrative and operational activities;

· Handle phone calls, text messages, and emails in a professional and courteous manner;

· Assist with calendar control, service scheduling, and organization of appointments;

· Support customer service operations, acting as a point of contact for current and prospective clients;

· Collect customer information using structured scripts and route requests appropriately;

· Perform sales-related activities, including explaining services and pricing, conducting follow-ups, and scheduling services;

· Maintain accurate and organized records, assisting with the responsible handling of confidential information;

· Support internal teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within established timelines;

· Assist management with operational tasks, reports, and process improvements, as needed.



🎓 Qualifications


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Professional level). 🇺🇸
• Basic knowledge of Spanish. 🇪🇸
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy. 🔍
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling/CRM software. 💻
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote work environment.
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills. 🤝
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role.
• Previous experience supporting operations or management is a plus.
• College degree preferred. 🎓
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is considered an asset. 💬



🕒 Employment Details


• Position Type: Full-time, Remote 🌎
Location: Clearwater / Tampa Bay Area, Florida (Remote role)
• Base Salary: 💰 R$ 200,00 per day
• Working Hours:
o Monday to Friday: ⏰9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
o Every other Saturday: ⏰ 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
o 1-hour lunch break ☕
Time Zone: Tampa, Florida
