Senior HR Analyst – Workforce Planning & Benefits

ROLE PURPOSE
Act within the HR Operations area, focusing on Workforce Planning and Benefits Management, ensuring the accurate execution of periodic, monthly, and annual processes, as well as employee support and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and alignment with compliance practices, working in close collaboration with Finance, Talent Management, and Academic Leadership teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Workforce Planning:

  • Support the development and continuous update of the School’s workforce planning, acting as a strategic partner to academic and administrative leadership to ensure organizational capacity aligned with institutional goals and Nord Anglia Education (NAE) policies.
  • Lead periodic workforce planning and forecasting cycles, translating operational and academic demands into structured projections for short-, medium-, and long-term decision-making.
  • Manage headcount strategically, monitoring movements, creation, and elimination of positions, considering budget impact and sustainability.
  • Develop analyses, projections, and reports on headcount and FTE, generating actionable insights for senior leadership and linking people data to institutional strategy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data in systems (Totvs, SuccessFactors, Master Plan), maintaining reliable information for strategic workforce planning.

Safeguarding & Compliance:

  • Monitor completion of mandatory Safeguarding training for all employees.
  • Manage Police Check documentation, ensuring periodic renewal in accordance with legal and NAE requirements.
  • Control third-party access and support the maintenance of the Sphera system alongside relevant teams.
  • Ensure Safeguarding processes are updated, documented, and compliant with institutional and NAE policies.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage monthly employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, life insurance, and parking).
  • Process requests, updates, invoice reconciliation, and submission for payment in partnership with Finance.
  • Maintain and update the benefits portal (Portal Móbile), including conditions, costs, and vendor partnerships.
  • Provide employee support on benefits-related matters.
  • Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support eligibility control, invoice reconciliation, and benefits reporting.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in HR operations, especially workforce planning
  • Experience with corporate benefits administration
  • Experience supporting employees and interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Totvs, OneStream)

LANGUAGES:

  • Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings and interact with the NAE regional team.

WORKING HOURS:

  • Experience in educational or school environments
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, and people metrics
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to HR processes
  • Experience in international reporting environments

CARGA HORÁRIA:

Full-time position (44 hours per week)
